Etan Cohen has been brought onboard by DreamWorks Animation to adapt The Bad Guys book series by author Aaron Blabely into an animated feature film.
The Bad Guys series was released in 2016, and has sold 2.2 million copies under Scholastic. Who let us remind you also have a big up on other kids publishers with their hugely popular book fairs in the states.
The executive producer credits for The Bad Guys adaptation are shared by Blabely, Patrick Hughes, Damon Ross and Jeff Berg. Cohen is repped by CAA and Mosaic. Cohen recently worked on two of the Madagascar movie scripts for DreamWorks but also wrote the script Will Ferrell/John C. Reilly comedy reunion Holmes And Watson.
